Unsere LED-Chips
Wir produzieren und liefern high-end LED Chips von ultraviolett bis Infrarot mit hoher Effizienz und sehr guter Degradationsstabilität. Die Variantenvielfalt der Chips hinsichtlich Wellenlänge, Chipgröße sowie Polarität ist unsere Stärke und ermöglicht die Auswahl und Anpassungen an die Spezifik der Anwendung.Exzellente Messtechnik unterstützt die Fertigung und sichert die Einhaltung der Qualitätsanforderungen. Damit können die Chips nach optischen und elektrischen Parametern mit einer Genauigkeit von bis zu ±3 nm selektiert werden.
